Summary
CVE-2023-4883 is an invalid pointer release vulnerability. An attacker can exploit this weakness by sending a maliciously crafted JSON string to a Virtual Network Function (VNF). This manipulated data could induce the ogs_sbi_message_free function to release memory incorrectly. The result is a disruption to the service's normal operation and potential outage.
