CVE-2023-48520

Summary

CVE-2023-48520 is a stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability affecting Adobe Experience Manager versions 6.5.18 and older. A low-privileged attacker can exploit this issue by injecting malicious scripts into vulnerable form fields. Successful exploitation allows the attacker to execute malicious JavaScript in a victim's browser when they visit the page with the vulnerable form field. This vulnerability poses a significant risk, as it could result in data theft, session hijacking, or other forms of unauthorized access.
