Summary
CVE-2023-48481 is a stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability affecting Adobe Experience Manager versions 6.5.18 and earlier. This vulnerability allows a low-privileged attacker to inject malicious scripts into vulnerable form fields. When a victim accesses the page containing the vulnerable field, the injected JavaScript can be executed in their browser. To remediate this vulnerability, users should upgrade to a version of Adobe Experience Manager that is not affected by this issue. The potential danger posed to organizations is moderate, as it could lead to the execution of malicious scripts and potentially compromise user data or perform unauthorized actions on behalf of the user.
