Summary
CVE-2023-48450 is a Cross-site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability affecting Adobe Experience Manager versions 6.5.18 and earlier. This issue is DOM-based, meaning it exploits vulnerabilities in the handling of untrusted data within the browser's rendering engine. Malicious JavaScript code can be executed in a victim's browser if they visit a specially crafted URL referencing a vulnerable page. An attacker, with low privileges, can leverage this vulnerability to inject malicious scripts and potentially steal sensitive information or perform unauthorized actions.
