Summary
CVE-2023-48303 is a vulnerability affecting Nextcloud Server, an open-source cloud platform for data storage. In versions 25.0.0 and earlier, up to 27.1.0, administrators can modify authentication details of user-configured external storage. This issue, if exploited, could potentially lead to unauthorized access to user data. The latest patches in versions 25.0.11, 26.0.6, and 27.1.0 address this vulnerability, and no known workarounds are currently available. Users are strongly advised to update their Nextcloud Server installations as soon as possible.
