Summary
CVE-2023-48197 is a Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability affecting the 'manageApiKeys' component of Grocy versions 4.0.3 and older. This issue enables attackers to inject malicious code into web pages viewed by other users. When a victim clicks on the "see QR code" function, the attacker can steal their cookies, potentially gaining unauthorized access to the victim's Grocy account. This vulnerability poses a significant risk to users and highlights the importance of keeping software up-to-date to protect against such attacks.
