Summary
CVE-2023-48022 is a vulnerability affecting Anyscale Ray versions 2.6.3 and 2.8.0. This issue enables a remote attacker to execute arbitrary code through the job submission API. Despite Anyscale's statement that Ray is not meant for use outside secure networks, this vulnerability poses a significant risk if the software is deployed in uncontrolled environments. Attackers can exploit this to gain unauthorized access and potentially compromise the system.
