Summary
CVE-2023-48003 is a vulnerability affecting Asp.Net Zero versions prior to 12.3.0. It enables remote attackers to execute open redirects by injecting malicious HTML code into user messages. The attacker can manipulate the '<meta http-equiv="refresh"' tag in WebSocket messages, directing targeted victims to malicious URLs.
