Summary
CVE-2023-47656 is a stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability affecting versions 7.5 and below of the Marco Milesi ANAC XML Bandi di Gara plugin for Auth. (editor+). An attacker can exploit this flaw to inject malicious scripts into a targeted website, potentially stealing user data or taking control of their accounts. The vulnerability exists in the plugin's XML processing logic, which fails to sanitize user-supplied input. Users are urged to update to the latest version to mitigate this risk.
