Summary
CVE-2023-4764 is a high-severity vulnerability affecting Google Chrome versions prior to 116.0.5845.179. This issue involves incorrect security settings in the BFCache component. A remote attacker can exploit this flaw by creating a malicious HTML page and tricking users into visiting it. The attacker could then manipulate the contents of the Omnibox (URL bar), posing a serious threat to user security and privacy.
