Summary
CVE-2023-47584 is a newly discovered vulnerability affecting V-Server V4.0.18.0 and earlier, as well as V-Server Lite V4.0.18.0 and earlier. This out-of-bounds write issue allows a user to disclose sensitive information or execute arbitrary code by opening a maliciously crafted VPR file. Successful exploitation could lead to significant security risks and potential system compromise. Users are strongly advised to update their V-Server and V-Server Lite installations to the latest version as soon as possible.
