Summary

These DVRs have a hard-coded password, which can be exploited by a remote, unauthenticated attacker to rewrite or obtain the device's configuration information. Updates are available for late models of CFR-4EABC, CFR-4EAB, CFR-8EAB, CFR-16EAB, MD-404AB, and MD-808AB. However, for other products, a workaround should be applied.
