Summary
CVE-2023-4719 is a Reflected Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability affecting the Simple Membership plugin for WordPress. Versions up to and including 4.3.5 are susceptible to this issue. The vulnerability arises due to inadequate input sanitization and output escaping, enabling unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts into pages. Successful exploitation of this flaw requires users to take action, such as clicking on a malicious link.
