Summary

CVE-2023-47112 is a vulnerability in Rundeck, an open source automation service with a web console and command line tools. The vulnerability affects both Rundeck Open Source and Process Automation products. It allows authenticated users to access two URLs without proper authorization checks, which exposes a list of job names and groups for any project. However, the access is read-only and does not allow changes to the information. The vulnerability has been patched in version 4.17.3, and users are advised to upgrade. Alternatively, users can block access to the two URLs at a load balancer level if upgrading is not possible. The vulnerability has a risk score of 5, with a medium base severity rating.
