CVE-2023-47014 is a Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF) vulnerability affecting the Sourcecodester Sticky Notes App using PHP with version 1.0. A local attacker can exploit this issue by crafting a malicious payload to manipulate add-note.php, potentially gaining access to sensitive information without the user's knowledge or consent.
