CVE-2023-46815 is an Unrestricted File Upload vulnerability discovered in SugarCRM 12 before 12.0.4 and 13 before 13.0.2. This vulnerability allows an attacker with regular user privileges to inject custom PHP code via the Notes module due to missing input validation.
