Summary

CVE-2023-46736 is a Server-Side Request Forgery (SSRF) vulnerability affecting EspoCRM, an Open Source CRM software. The vulnerability allows users with access to the "/Attachment/fromImageUrl" endpoint to specify a URL that can point to an internal host, bypassing the content type check. This SSRF vulnerability can potentially lead to the disclosure of internal information and targeting of internal hosts, bypassing firewalls. The vulnerability has been addressed in version 8.0.5 of EspoCRM, and users are advised to upgrade to this version as there are no known workarounds.
