Summary

CVE-2023-46353 is a critical SQL injection vulnerability in the module "Product Tag Icons Pro" (ticons) before version 1.8.4 from MyPresta.eu for PrestaShop. This vulnerability allows an unauthorized guest to perform SQL injection attacks by exploiting sensitive SQL calls in the method TiconProduct::getTiconByProductAndTicon(). The vulnerability can be triggered with a simple HTTP call and poses a high risk to organizations as it can be exploited to manipulate and extract data from the affected PrestaShop installations. To remediate this vulnerability, users should update to version 1.8.4 or later of the module.
