The bug in the RoleBinding reflector used by capsule-proxy allows ServiceAccount tenant owners to list Namespaces of other tenants backed by the same owner kind and name. This vulnerability can be exploited to exfiltrate information under specific conditions, such as when capsule-proxy runs with the --disable-caching=false flag and when Tenant owners are ServiceAccounts with the same resource name but in different Namespaces. The vulnerability has a CVSS base score of 4.3, indicating a medium severity level, and poses a potential risk to organizations as it allows unauthorized access to sensitive data across different Tenants.
