Summary

CVE-2023-46250 is a vulnerability in the pypdf library, affecting versions 3.7.0 through 3.16.4. An attacker can exploit this vulnerability by crafting a PDF that triggers an infinite loop, causing the current process to be blocked and utilizing 100% CPU on a single core.
