Summary
CVE-2023-46189 is a Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF) vulnerability affecting Simple Calendar – Google Calendar Plugin versions 3.2.5 and below. This issue permits malicious actors to manipulate user sessions, potentially leading to unauthorized actions within the plugin. An attacker could craft a specially crafted link that, when clicked, forces the user's browser to send unintended commands to the plugin server. This could result in calendar event manipulation, account management actions, or other unintended functionality. Users are advised to update to the latest version of the plugin to mitigate this risk.
