Summary
CVE-2023-46009 is a vulnerability affecting the gifsicle version 1.94 software. This issue is caused by a floating point exception (FPE) in the "resize_stream" function located in the "src/xform.c" file. exploitation of this vulnerability could potentially lead to crashes, denial of service, or even code execution with the privileges of the gifsicle application.
