Summary
CVE-2023-45884 is a Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF) vulnerability affecting NASA Open MCT (openmct) versions up to 3.1.0. An attacker can exploit this weakness to gain unauthorized access to sensitive information by tricking a user into executing a malicious request, bypassing the user's authentication and privilege level. This vulnerability poses a serious security risk, and users are advised to update their Open MCT installations to a version that addresses this issue.
