Summary
CVE-2023-4574 is a use-after-free vulnerability affecting Firefox versions below 117, Firefox ESR below 102.15, Firefox ESR below 115.2, Thunderbird below 102.15, and Thunderbird below 115.2. The flaw is related to the creation of multiple identical callbacks for the Color Picker window. When one of these callbacks is destroyed, the others may still be in use, leading to memory being freed prematurely. This situation can result in a potentially exploitable crash.
