Summary
CVE-2023-45639 is a Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF) vulnerability affecting versions 10.0 and below of the Codex-m Sort SearchResult By Title plugin. This issue allows an attacker to force a user into performing unwanted actions within the application, potentially leading to data manipulation or unauthorized access. The vulnerability occurs due to insufficient input validation, enabling attackers to craft malicious requests that can be executed on behalf of the victim when they visit a specially crafted website. Users are strongly advised to upgrade to the latest version of the plugin to mitigate this risk.
