Summary
CVE-2023-45612 is a cyber vulnerability that affects JetBrains Ktor before version 2.3.5. The default configuration of ContentNegotiation with XML format in JetBrains Ktor is vulnerable to XXE (XML External Entity) attacks. This vulnerability can be remediated by updating to version 2.3.5 or a later version of JetBrains Ktor.
