Summary

CVE-2023-45386 is a new SQL injection vulnerability that affects the extratabspro module, version 2.2.8 and below, from MyPresta.eu for PrestaShop. This issue allows unauthenticated guests to inject malicious SQL queries into the application via the `searchcategory()`, `searchproduct()`, and `searchmanufacturer()` functions in the extratabspro module. Successful exploitation of this vulnerability could result in unauthorized access to sensitive data, modification of data, or even system takeover. It is strongly recommended that affected systems be updated to the latest version of the extratabspro module as soon as possible to mitigate this risk.
