Summary

CVE-2023-45161 is a vulnerability affecting the 1E-Exchange-URLResponseTime instruction in the Network product pack on the 1E Exchange. This instruction, which runs on Windows clients, fails to adequately validate URL parameters, leading to an arbitrary code execution vulnerability with SYSTEM permissions.
