CVE-2023-45158 is an OS command injection vulnerability that affects web2py 2.24.1 and earlier versions. The vulnerability allows an attacker to execute arbitrary OS commands on the web server by sending a crafted web request, but it only affects the product when configured to use notifySendHandler for logging (which is not the default configuration).
