Summary
CVE-2023-44352 is a reflected Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability that affects Adobe ColdFusion versions 2023.5 and earlier, as well as 2021.11 and earlier. An unauthenticated attacker can take advantage of this flaw by crafting a malicious URL and convincing a victim to visit it. If successful, the attacker can execute malicious JavaScript code within the victim's browser. This vulnerability poses a significant risk to users, particularly those who frequently visit untrusted websites or open unexpected emails or links. It is highly recommended that affected users upgrade to the latest version of Adobe ColdFusion to mitigate this risk.
