Summary

CVE-2023-44321 is a vulnerability that affects multiple devices, including SCALANCE XB205-3, SCALANCE XB205-3LD, SCALANCE XB208, SCALANCE XB213-3, SCALANCE XB213-3LD, SCALANCE XB216, and many others. The vulnerability allows an authenticated attacker to cause a denial of service condition by exploiting a lack of proper input length validation during certain configuration changes in the web interface. To remediate this vulnerability, the affected device needs to be restarted for the web interface to become available again. This vulnerability poses a medium risk to organizations as it can result in service disruption and potential impact on availability.
