Summary

CVE-2023-44252 is an improper authentication vulnerability (CWE-287) that affects Fortinet FortiWAN versions 5.2.0 through 5.2.1 and versions 5.1.1 through 5.1.2, as well as the affected products t1qrQh, t1qrQg, t1qrQi, and t1qrQf. An authenticated attacker may exploit this vulnerability by sending crafted JWT token values via HTTP or HTTPS requests, allowing them to escalate their privileges.
