Details
Summary
CVE-2023-43794 is a SQL injection vulnerability affecting versions of the open-source Airtable alternative, Nocodb. An authenticated attacker with creator access can exploit this vulnerability by supplying specially crafted payloads to inject arbitrary SQL queries into the underlying database. Since it is a blind SQL injection, an attacker may need to use time-based payloads to reveal data present in the database. The response time indicates whether the query execution was successful or not, allowing the attacker to extract information. This issue has been resolved in version 0.111.0, and users are advised to upgrade as soon as possible. No workarounds are known for this vulnerability, which is also tracked as GHSL-2023-141.
