Summary
CVE-2023-43578 is a buffer overflow vulnerability reported in the SmiFlash module in certain Lenovo Desktop products. This vulnerability could be exploited by a local attacker with elevated privileges to execute arbitrary code. The affected products include qLMEs7, qAixeJ, qAixaL, qAixaK, iRxl_F, qAixeN, iRxl_D, and many others.
