Summary
CVE-2023-43567 refers to a buffer overflow vulnerability identified in Lenovo's LemSecureBootForceKey module. This issue, found in certain Lenovo Desktop products, enables local attackers with elevated privileges to execute arbitrary code by exploiting the vulnerability. The buffer overflow occurs in the module, allowing an attacker to overwrite memory beyond the intended boundaries. Successful exploitation could potentially lead to system compromise.
