Summary
CVE-2023-43361 is a buffer overflow vulnerability discovered in Vorbis-tools version 1.4.2. This issue allows a local attacker to exploit the flaw during the conversion process of WAV files to OGG files. Successful exploitation results in the execution of arbitrary code, potentially leading to a denial of service. Users are strongly urged to update to the latest version of Vorbis-tools to mitigate this risk.
