Summary

CVE-2023-43278 is a Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF) vulnerability affecting Seacms' admin_manager.php up to version 12.8. An attacker can exploit this flaw to add new admin accounts arbitrarily, potentially granting unauthorized access to the system.
