Summary
CVE-2023-4317: A vulnerability has been identified in GitLab, impacting versions 9.2-16.4.3, 16.5-16.5.2, and 16.6-16.6.0. This issue allows a Developer-level user to update pipeline schedules from unsecured branches to protected branches.
