Summary
CVE-2023-42923 is a vulnerability affecting iOS and iPadOS that has been resolved in versions 17.2. Previously, Private Browsing tabs could be accessed without proper authentication. This issue was due to insufficient state management. Unauthorized access to these tabs could potentially expose user browsing history, posing a privacy risk.
