Summary
CVE-2023-42469 is a vulnerability affecting the com.full.dialer.top.secure.encrypted application on Android versions up to 1.0.1. This issue allows any installed app, without requiring user permissions, to initiate phone calls silently by crafting and sending an intent to the com.full.dialer.top.secure.encrypted.activities.DialerActivity component. This vulnerability poses a serious risk to user privacy and security, as unauthorized calls can go undetected, potentially leading to financial losses or other harmful consequences.
