Summary

CVE-2023-42095 is a vulnerability that affects Foxit PDF Reader. It allows remote attackers to disclose sensitive information by exploiting a flaw in the handling of Annotation objects. The vulnerability arises from the lack of proper validation of user-supplied data, resulting in a read past the end of an allocated buffer. To exploit this vulnerability, user interaction is required, such as visiting a malicious page or opening a malicious file.
