Summary

CVE-2023-41999 is an authentication bypass vulnerability present in Arcserve UDP prior to version 9.2. This vulnerability allows an unauthorized remote attacker to obtain a valid authentication identifier, enabling them to authenticate to the management console and perform actions that require authentication. The affected products include bWGp0s, bWGp0t, bWGp0u, bWGp0v, bWGp0q, to8Q28, bWGp0r, bWGp0w, bWGp0x, bWGp0y, and bWGp0z. The base severity of this vulnerability is rated as CRITICAL with a CVSS score of 9.8.
