Summary
CVE-2023-41474 is a directory traversal vulnerability affecting Ivanti Avalanche version 6.3.4.153. This issue allows a remote, authenticated attacker to access sensitive information by manipulating the javax.faces.resource component. By traversing directories, an attacker can potentially access files outside of the intended directory, which could lead to unauthorized data disclosure or escalation of privileges. Ivanti urges users to upgrade to a patched version as soon as possible to mitigate this risk.
