Summary
CVE-2023-4073 is a high severity vulnerability affecting Google Chrome on Mac versions prior to 115.0.5790.170. This issue involves an out-of-bounds memory access in ANGLE, a graphics rendering library used by Chrome. A remote attacker can potentially exploit this vulnerability through a specially crafted HTML page, leading to heap corruption. Successful exploitation could result in arbitrary code execution and subsequent system compromise. Users are advised to update their Chrome browsers to the latest version to mitigate this risk.
