This vulnerability is specific to the Windows version of yt-dlp and exists regardless of whether it is run from `cmd` or `PowerShell`. The affected products include various versions of yt-dlp. To remediate this vulnerability, users should update to a version of yt-dlp that is later than 2021.04.
