The vulnerability allows for remote code execution if the `--exec` flag is used with maliciously crafted remote data. This vulnerability is specific to the Windows version of yt-dlp and exists regardless of whether it is run from `cmd` or `PowerShell`. The affected products include various versions of yt-dlp.
