Summary
CVE-2023-40556 is a Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF) vulnerability affecting versions 5.2 and below of the Greg Ross Schedule Posts Calendar plugin. A successful CSRF attack can force an unsuspecting user to perform unintended actions on a web application, including making unauthorized changes to their own data or to other users' data. An attacker could exploit this weakness by tricking a user into visiting a specially crafted website or clicking a malicious link.
