Summary
CVE-2023-4020 is a vulnerability affecting the communication between secure and non-secure memory in Silicon Labs TrustZone implementation. An unvalidated input in a library function allows an attacker in the non-secure region to read or write data in the secure region of memory. This issue can lead to information disclosure or code execution in the secure area, potentially compromising sensitive data. Silicon Labs strongly recommends users to apply the available patches to mitigate this vulnerability.
