Summary
CVE-2023-3983 is a newly disclosed SQL injection vulnerability affecting Advantech iView before version 5.7.4 build 6752. This issue allows authenticated attackers to bypass input validation checks in com.imc.iview.utils.CUtils.checkSQLInjection(), thus enabling them to execute blind SQL injection attacks. By doing so, adversaries can potentially access, modify, or delete sensitive data stored in the affected system's database.
