Summary

CVE-2023-39510 is a Stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability found in Cacti, an open-source operational monitoring and fault management framework. This vulnerability allows an authenticated user to inject malicious JavaScript code into the _cacti_'s database, which can be viewed by administrative _cacti_ accounts and executed in the victim's browser at view-time. The affected versions of Cacti are susceptible to this vulnerability. To remediate the issue, it is recommended to upgrade to a patched version of Cacti or apply the necessary security patches provided by the vendor.
