Summary
CVE-2023-38627 is a post-authenticated server-side request forgery (SSRF) vulnerability found in Trend Micro Apex Central 2019 with a build lower than 6481. This vulnerability allows an attacker to interact directly with internal or local services. However, it is important to note that the attacker must first obtain the ability to execute low-privileged code on the target system.
