Summary
CVE-2023-38627 is a post-authentication Server-Side Request Forgery (SSRF) vulnerability affecting Trend Micro Apex Central 2019 (versions below build 6481). An attacker who has already gained the ability to execute low-privileged code on the targeted system can exploit this vulnerability to interact with internal or local services directly, potentially leading to unauthorized access or data theft. This issue is distinct but related to CVE-2023-38626, with the primary difference being the requirement for initial low-privileged code execution.
